Mr. Matthew A. Gomez holds certificate in Management from University of The Gambia.

He brings with him more than 27 years of working experience in office administration, human resource management and development.

As well as training and consultancy since 2014 as Business Development Service Adviser (BDSA) and Export Business Development Service Adviser (EBDSA) for both Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) or small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) through The Gambia Investment and Export Promotion Agency GIEPA (under Ministry of Trade and Industry) for his contribution towards national workforce development to date.

In 2009 he left his job as a Project Manager for Foundation for the Fight Against Social Exclusion and Poverty Alleviation (FOFASEPA), worked as volunteer for GambiaRising and Jurarim Organisation For Youth Excellence (JOYE) a USA based charities supporting needy child with education in The Gambia.

Then a new initiative by forming MCO to support and promote the education, social welfare and development of the poor, needy orphans, disadvantaged and vulnerable children in the communities and schools in The Gambia.

He developed functional road maps for standards, skills and assessment plans for about more than 30 different businesses institutions and industries which led to him earning rich experience in HR, in a useful & systematic framework.

Mr. Matthew A. Gomez also received training (Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment in Business Management); Employability Skills; Creative development; Community & Social Services (Senior BDSA); and Early Childhood Care & Education.

Till date, he is still actively involved in such consultancy work, which makes him one of the very few individuals with expertise in the full spectrum of the competency framework.

Mr. Matthew A. Gomez also helps other organisations from different groups in adopting and implementing the Frameworks for MCO, including developing training programs and assessment plans, and providing coaching to new entrepreneurs develop competency in business, trainers and assessors who come from a variety of occupations such as teachers, Business owners, trainers and training administrators (SMT).

Mr. Kebba Dem holds Bachelor degree in Management University of The Gambia (2012-2016), and awarded diploma & Advance diploma in management (Management Development Institute(2007- 2010), Certificate in Front Office Technology (Gambia Hotel school 1992-1994) and graduated from High School, Gambia High School 1987-1992.

He serves as a Chief Executive Officer (GOLDEN HANDS FOUNDATION ACADEMY), Manager: Vitala Co LTD 1998-2008, Spa Wellness Centre Golden Hands 2008-2014, Founder of Golden Hands Foundation 2014 and Executive Administrative Director and Educationist with over 10 years of experience providing thorough and skillful support to women and youths in The Gambia.

Mr. Dem has excellent skills and knowledge in the following areas of disciplines:- Coaching programme training (9th- 11th July, 2020), Export Business Development Coaches/Mentors (4th- 7th December, 2018), Financial management Training (18th – 22nd December, 2017), Advance Business development Service ( April 24th-may 5th 2017), Business Development Services Advisory Training (18th -29th July, 2016) and Entrepreneurship Training ( 9th-14th May, 2016).

Mr. Kebba Dem has excellent organizational skills that he has successfully used in his academic and professional life in the past.

He held the position as a Chairman; Board of Directors (Dongoro- Ba Health Center) and Executive chairman (EMPRETEC West Coast Region Entrepreneurs Chapter) up to date.

He has strong interpersonal skills and has used them throughout his personal life to connect with the public, clients, colleagues, professionals and, more recently, fellow team and tutors.
