How it works

Our coaching begins with a comprehensive four-hour Alignment Meeting. During this session, we conduct a robust debrief to understand your business’s unique challenges and opportunities, and to lay the groundwork for a strong, collaborative partnership. The insights gained are critical for developing a strategic roadmap designed to achieve your specific business outcomes.

Following this, you will have weekly or bi-weekly meetings with your coach, based on your business needs and urgency. These one-hour sessions can be held at your business site. We will review progress, address current issues, and define clear, actionable plans for the week ahead.

Who is this for?

Our one-on-one coaching program is designed for established businesses that are ready to scale. While it is most beneficial for companies operating for at least two years with a team of three or more staff, or a turnover of over $695 or D50,000, this is a guideline, not a strict rule. Smaller businesses that are prepared for a fast-paced growth trajectory may also find our program valuable.
